Once you sign up for the program, you will get immediate access. The first part of the program is called Prep Week. This is where you will get all of your downloads to read through and get familiar with the program before you start. Everything is formatted as an e-book so you are able to access the content anywhere and print out materials that you want to take with you.
Once you sign up for the program, you will be able to sign into the platform. At the beginning of each week's chapter, you will find that week's meal plans and grocery lists. You will be able to download and print them out so you're always prepared.
As a bonus you will get 6 sessions of online group classes to use during your 6 week program and can use 1 session per week. This cannot be extended, so if you don’t use them during the 6 weeks, they will be lost. This is to keep you dedicated to the 6 week program and help you to stay consistent so you can achieve success during the program. Once you have access to the program, you will be given instructions on how to get signed up for your weekly online group training sessions.
No, you can start this program on any date that you would like. I want this program to be accessible to everyone no matter where they are in life. My only suggestion is that you begin week 1 on a Monday so you can follow along with the daily inspiration prompts.
YES! This program has been approved by a dietician and has been approved by a doctor and is safe for diabetics. HOWEVER, we always require you to check with your own doctor before starting any new meal plan.
You will have access to the program for 6 months so you must complete your 6 week program within that time frame. The downloads are yours to keep forever.
As of now, this program is not suitable for vegetarians but this is something we are looking into for the future.
